PLEATED PANEL FILTERS

Quality Pleats pleated media greatly extends the filtering surface area to reduce pressure drop, extend service life and increase efficiency, thus reducing energy costs and HVAC system maintenance. Quality Pleats are offered in MERV 8, MERV 11, MERV 13, and OdorBan carbon synthetic media which will not support microbial growth.

RESIDENTIAL PLEATED FILTERS

Space Baron 3" to 6" deep pleated filters are specifically designed to retrofit existing residential ducted air filter housings. We have an extensive list of the most common name-brand filter replacements. Space Baron's are pre-assembled for easy installation and offer the same MERV 8, MERV 11, MERV 13, and OdorBan carbon synthetic media as Quality Pleats.

Quality Inserts are an economical way to obtain the high efficiency and lower pressure drop benefits of Quality Pleats with less cost. Quality Inserts are typically used as a replaceable media in permanent holding frames. The same MERV 8, MERV 11, and OdorBan media used in our pleated panel filters are available in pleated insert or pleated bulk roll.

OPTIMIZED FOR LEED COMPLIANCE

Achieve MERV 13 rating with our "Green Quality Pleat" (GQP). Our GQP is a cost effective means of upgrading your air quality, while maintaining low pressure drop and long service life. The GQP meets LEED standards for new and existing buildings and has all the benefits of the pre-filter and final filter in one compact design. The GQP is available in 1", 2", and 4" depths with non-standard sizes available. The high capacity design increases service life, minimizing maintenance and disposal cost. Synthetic media does not support microbial growth.

LONGER LASTING ALTERNATIVE FILTERS

The Return Air Grille Filter's "knife-edge seal" flange replaces the typical 1" filter used in return air grilles. The filter then extends into the open space behind the grille to greatly increase filer area - up to five times that of a 1" pleated filter and nine times that of a flat media filter. The result is fewer filter changes, reduced energy costs and less strain on the HVAC equipment. Available in MERV 8, MERV 11, MERV 13, and OdorBan.

HIGH EFFICIENCY RIGID CELL FILTERS

Quality Flow rigid filters' proprietary media blendand robust desgin result in ultra low pressure drop, exceptional dust holding and high damage resistance. The Quality Flow is  the optimal replacement for any high efficiency filter, including Rigid Cells, ASHRAE Boxes, V Banks, Mini Pleats, and the "Embossed" Pleat style filters, leading to reduced stock requirements. In fact, a 4" deep Quality Flow will outperform a 12" deep Rigid Cell at a much lower cost. The Quality Flow meets all LEED standards, and is available in 2", 4", 6", and 12" depths in MERV13 and MERV 14. Non-standard sizes are also available.

CARBON PLEATED PANEL FILTERS

The all new OdorBan pleated filter utilizes two-stage filtration technology to achieve MERV 8, particle efficiency while removing odors and irritant gases such as VOC'S (Volatile Organic Compounds). Breakthrough in carbon particle diameter provides increased gas absorption capability. The improved technology and performance also come at the lower price of the traditional OdorBan filter.

RIGID CELL FILTERS

The Quality Cell is specifically designed for Variable Air Velocity systems and turbulent air. Plastic finger pleat separators are locked into the frame to ensure media pack stabilization throughout the service life of the filter. Quality Cells are available from MERV 11 to MERV 14 and OdorBan. Quality Cell filters are available in galvanized metal frames from 5" up to 12" depts in standard or custom sizes. POLYESTER PADS AND ROLLS

Quality Seal high loft polyester media come in a wide variety, each optimized for it's purpose, from Paint Overspray collection to HVAC dust collection. Each media has it's own unique blend of fiber sizes from 3 to 40 denier to provide the desired loft, efficiency and dust holding capacity. Nominal thickness from 1/2" to 1 1/2". Quality Seal media are available in pads and rolls of almost any size.

POLYESTER RING PANEL AND

LINKED PANEL FILTERS

Quality Seal ring panels utilize graduated density polyester media to maximize dust loading and efficiency and minimize pressure drop. A non-migrating adhesive trackifier is applied to the air exit side to trop and hold dust. Our deluxe (RPDX) panels can be linked for easier installation and removal and to prevent dust bypass between panels.

POLYESTER MULTI-POCKET CUBE FILTERS

Quality Seal Cube Filters utilize dept to greatly extend the filter area. Quality Seal Cube Filters are available in one, two and three pocket configurations and in our unique "Q" cube design which offers better loading characteristics at a lower cost. Our double wire frame construction ensures solid installation and prevents blowout. Quality Seal Cube Filters are available in many media combinations for Paint Overspray Collection and HVAC dust collection up to MERV 8.

SYNTHETIC BAG FILTERS

Quality Pak multi-pocket bag filters offer an economical solution for high efficiency filtration requirements. Reinforcing cover strips are glued over each adjoining pocket and media is glued inside the entire periphery of the frame to prevent bypass and blowout. Quality Pak filters are available in MERV 12, 13, and 14 in stanadard and non-standard sizes.
